Make a reservation

Practical

Please note that last minute reservations only can be made at least 24 hours in advance.

By e-mail

Please send an e-mail to horpala@telenet.be stating :

  •   Name, address, telephone number and e-mail

  •   Desired room 

  •   Number of persons

  •   Date and number of nights

  •   Estimated time of arrival

  •   Possible request for dinner or a package

Afterwards, you will receive an e-mail from us asking for an advance payment of 50% of the accommodation costs or the selected package. Please transfer this to account number BE16 7340 0159 7374 stating your name and the code you will receive by e-mail.

With a gift voucher

If you book with a gift voucher of our B&B, no advance payment is required. You can follow the above-mentioned steps for making a reservation by e-mail. Always mention the voucher number in the mail.

The remaining amount, plus any meals and consumption on site, will be settled at check-out.

With Vlaanderen Vakantiecheques

If you book with Vlaanderen Vakantiecheques, you can follow the steps above to book by mail. Do not forget to mention that you want to pay with the cheques. Afterwards, you will receive a mail from us asking for an advance payment, after receipt of which your reservation will be confirmed.

The remaining amount, plus any meals and consumption on site, will be settled at check-out.

Meals

If you wish to reserve a dinner or another (meal) package, we ask you to notify us at least 3 days before arrival. You can also indicate the reservation of the meals when booking the room, or you can contact us later.

Meals (breakfast and dinner) cannot be taken à la carte, our B&B offers a communal guest table. Due to the small scale of our B&B and the principle of common guest table, we can unfortunately no longer accommodate all dietary requirements and restrictions. We thank you for your understanding. The menu is carefully composed by the chef in advance and cannot be changed. On Sunday and Wednesday our B&B does not offer dinner.

Extra information

Please take the following into account when booking your stay in our B&B:

  • Check-in must be between 3:30 p.m. - 5:30, p.m. later times are possible on request

  • Check-out is possible until 10:45 am.

  • There is a covered bicycle shed

  • There is parking space in front of and opposite our B&B

​

  • The lounge and dining room are at the disposal of the guests

  • WIFI is available in the whole B&B for free

  • TV, radio, books and board games are at the disposal of the guests

  • Breakfast (included in the price) is served between 8.30 a.m. and 10.00 a.m.

  • Picnic is available on request

  • Dinner (on request) is served at 6.30 p.m., we ask our guests to be at their table in time

  • It is not allowed to bring food (such as fries, pizza, salads, sandwiches, ...) or drinks, to consume it in our b&b or to store it in our refrigerators. We have an extensive drink list of waters, soft drinks, beers and wine in our honesty bar. (against payment)

  • Our garden and terrace are at the disposal of our guests

  • Hiking and cycling brochures are available in the reception, some against payment

​

  • Animals are not allowed in our B&B

  • Children under 16 years are not allowed in our B&B

  • We do not have facilities for babies/children

  • The house and rooms must be kept smoke-free, it is possible to smoke on the terrace

  • There is no possibility for extra beds in the room
